The Guitar Sanctuary sees 100% AOV Lift with Blispay

Blispay: Why did you decide to try Blispay if you already offered financing options to customers with another provider?
Brian: We already offered in-store financing with another provider so we’re well aware of the benefits it provides our shoppers and our business but our existing option only worked in our retail location because offering it online would require us to assume all the fraud risk. Blispay is a great option for us because it improves the in-store experience since applicants apply from the privacy of their own phone, removing employees from the process altogether. It also was the simplest solution we’ve found to launch and maintain on our website. Lastly, we sell a lot of merchandise at shows and events. Since Blispay is mobile, it allows us to offer financing anywhere we are.
Blispay: Tell us more about the in-store experience. Why is Blispay better?
Brian: Blispay empowers our customers with on-demand financing without overloading our staff with paperwork. Before Blispay, customers had to undergo tedious application processes that took my staff off the sales floor but with Blispay, applicants apply without any staff involvement.
Blispay: What do you like most about Blispay?
Brian: The beauty for a merchant is it’s very simple. It’s very easy and takes the work out of your hands. Customers can go through the application on their own right in the store. When we go to shows, it allows us to have mobile financing available, which is something you can’t do with traditional financing. On the retailer’s end, you’re not doing much more than pointing the customer to where they can apply.
